Midi Experts acts as an intermediary between you, the property owner, and your chosen builder. You tell us what you want and we find the correct builders for your project, obtain quotes (which we translate) and, once you have signed a quote, organise a planning schedule.
We then follow through the build, keeping in regular contact with written reports and photos. We also help find solutions to problems the builder may encounter.
You pay the builder and the builder pays Midi Experts for the work we do.
Midi Experts only uses registered builders who carry a full 10-year guarantee (called a decennal), so even if they cease trading their work is insured for 10 years following the completion of the job.
When you sign a quote (or devis) you commit yourself to a binding agreement with the builder. The devis states what the work the builder will do; normally anything over and above the devis will be charged for.
